All types of training give you 10 extra points, along with their bonus, very week. Level 2 Training gives you 20 extra points instead.
Weapons Training
You practice using pistols and other ranged weapons
-Increases Intelligence by 50
Physical Training
You got to the gym and work out
-Increases Stength by 15, Speed by 5, Toughness by 5, and Endurance by 15. You also get 10 extra points to spend however you want.
Speed Training
You run a few miles every day
-Increases Speed by 40 and Endurance by 10
Boxing
You beat the crap out of people and practice on a speed bag every day
-Increases Strength by 30, Toughness by 10, and Endurance by 10
Basic Training
You do a little bit of every kind of training each day.
-Gives you 10 points to each stat.
The following forms of training require the Level 2 Training ability
Special Weapons Training
You practice using special weapons like rocket launchers, sniper rifles, and flamethrowers.
-Increases Intelligence by 100
Advanced Physical Training
Same as Physical Training but more hardcore.
-Increases Stength by 20, Speed by 20, Toughness by 20, and Endurance by 30. You also get 10 extra points to spend however you want.
Weighted Speed Training
Same as speed training, but you wear weights while you run.
--Increases Speed by 70 and Endurance by 30
VR Training
You train in virtual reality.
-CAN ONLY BE DONE ONCE EVERY MONTH. Increases Strength by 10, Toughness by 10, Speed by 10, Intelligence by 20, Endurance by 10, and gives you 80 extra points to spend however you want.
